2. Penang state property acquisition rules
外国人购置房产可能受到州属、property category、minimum acquisition value、consent 和其他条件影响。规则会更新，而且可能因项目和交易性质不同，必须由当前官方渠道和律师核实。
3. Exact property and title
检查项目、individual/strata title、developer information、unit type、tenure、使用限制和 exact transaction documents。不要从同一项目的另一间 unit 推断你的 unit 一定适用。
